What I collect and why
- Website visits: Cookie-free visit counts help me understand how the website performs. My hosting provider also processes technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. This supports my legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website.
- Purchases: Your contact details, billing details and order information let me process your payment, deliver your purchase and meet tax obligations. I do this to fulfil our contract and because tax law requires it. Payment providers handle your card or bank details; I don't receive your full card number. Source tags in purchase links may show which channel brought you. If you withdraw through the terms page, I save your name, purchase date and email with the time you sent it, and keep that with your customer file.
- Working together: I use the messages, files and business information you share to provide your course, cohort, onboarding or support. I do this to fulfil our contract. Information needed to fulfil your purchase is required to deliver it.
- Email sign-ups: I use your email address to send the guide or emails you request, based on your consent. Marketing emails are sent only if you sign up. My emails record whether you open them and click their links, so I can see what's useful. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Questions: I use your contact details and message to reply, based on my legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
Calls and AI
I may use AI to help with our work, including transcribing or summarising conversations. I'll ask for your permission before recording or transcribing a call, and explain who can access it. In group sessions, other participants can see what you choose to share.
Who handles your information
I use providers for hosting, payments, email, file storage, communication and AI assistance. They receive the information needed for those services. I may also share information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary.
Some providers process information outside the European Economic Area. For these transfers, I rely on EU-recognised protections, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact me for details or a copy of the relevant safeguards.
I don't sell your personal information or share it for other companies' advertising.
How long I keep it
Tax records are kept for seven years, or ten years for sales covered by OSS. Customer files are kept while needed for your access, support and any applicable guarantee. Enquiries are kept until resolved, then for up to two years.
Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe. I may keep a minimal record to honour your opt-out. Recordings and transcripts are deleted when their stated purpose is complete, unless a longer period was agreed. Technical logs are kept only as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies. Its visit statistics are collected without cookies.
Your choices and rights
Email info@adames.ai to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your data, or to restrict or object to its use. These rights apply where the law allows. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.
I normally respond within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
